| A subdivision of seven new single-family homes in the hills above Redwood City, ranging from 3,909 sf to 6,142 sf in size. Each home is custom designed to integrate with its site. The overall design concept creates a strong individual Architectural presence for each of the homes in order to avoid the "cookie-cutter" appearance of other subdivisions. The designs were well received by the neighborhood and the local Design Review Board. All seven homes have been completed and occupied. |
